Made-to-Order Refund & Returns Policy

Made-to-Order Items

All products sold on this store are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Production begins shortly after purchase.

Because made-to-order items are customized and cannot be resold, all sales are considered final once production has started.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
If an order is canceled before production starts (when applicable), eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

We do not accept returns for made-to-order items.

Refunds

Cash refunds to the original payment method are not available for made-to-order items once production has started.

Instead, we offer the following resolutions when applicable:
